SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We try to deliver as fast as we possibly can, but we cannot guaranty specific dates for your order. Usually, all orders are shipped within 48 hours from receiving the order on business days. (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm). Orders that entered during the weekend will be processed first thing at the beginning of the week.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal or carrier delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
For your convenience you can choose between two shipping methods:
- DHL express shipping – faster but also costlier, tracking is always possible;
- registered speed post – slower but cheaper and in some countries tracking is not possible due to local post limitations.
In any shipping we perform a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information once your parcel is sent. Please note that in some countries tracking is not a given service by the local post and therefore tracking will not be possible once it leaves the shipping country. DHL parcels can always be tracked.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. All parcels are sent from Ljubljana, Slovenia using the Slovenian post services and the Slovenian DHL branch.
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
